Jack Kennedy

Jack Kennedy is training at the National Triathlon Centre at the University of Stirling, which is considered one of the UK's leading high-performance triathlon centres, in partnership with Triathlon Scotland and the British Triathlon Federation.

Jack is part of the Under-23 squad and is being coached by Crawford Whyte and Marc Austin. Jack represented Ireland and his university at the FISU World University Triathlon Championships 2024, held in Gdansk, Poland, and also in the British Super Series Grand Final and the Irish National Championships.

“My goals for 2025 are to represent Jersey at the Island Games and represent Ireland at an international level.

I was part of the Jersey Triathlon Club from a young age, which is how I know Louise.

Louise was an inspiration to all of us triathletes here in Jersey.

The funding from the Lou Lou Race Foundation will help me reach these goals by enabling me to access overseas racing and training camps, which are very important for my development as an athlete.”
