LouLou Race Foundation is governed by our Council Members, who oversee all our activities, including our fundraising and grant-making decisions.
Pete is the bright, unreckonable force behind the LouLou Race Foundation, which he created as a legacy for his late wife, Louise. With a career in executive recruitment, Pete is CEO of Consilium Global Advisors in Jersey and also the Founder and CEO of The Draft, the first GenZ marketplace for opportunity where individuals can showcase their whole self—professional and personal—in one place while being rewarded with connection and community.
Fintan has been a long-term friend of the Bracken-Smith family and comes to the Council with a wealth of experience. He’s the Finance Director of Sealyham Investments, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a Non-Executive Director for the Financial Services Opportunities Investment Fund.
Fintan is also a passionate sportsman and was a teammate and triathlon competitor for Ireland with Louise. He has sat on the Board of Directors of the Leceister Tigers Rugby Union team since 2020 and holds a Non-Executive Directorship with supertri, the Super League Triathlon.
Alistair was Louise’s long-term business partner and friend. Together, they co-founded Bracken Rothwell, Chartered Accountants, of which he still serves as a Non-Executive Director, and the independent, Jersey-based fiduciary company Fairway Group, which he serves as CEO and Group Director.
In addition to the LouLou Race Foundation, Alistair also sits on several real estate and private equity fund boards.

Kyran was Louise’s big brother and hero. He is also a world-cup-winning former rugby union player for Saracens, Bristol, and Waterloo and won 51 caps for England.
He is also known for being the 2007 champion and Champion of Champions on the celebrity contestant show, Dancing on Ice.
Serena is a former netball player from Jersey who played internationally for England. A dynamic player, who was best known for her speed and athleticism, and a keen eye for the intercept, Serena is supporting LouLou Race Foundation in a mentorship role.
James is a former Welsh international golfer with a storied career competing in some of the world’s most prestigious tournaments including the british boys and Home Internationals.

Our goal is also to help nurture exceptional talent by supporting young people to reach and compete in national and international competitions.

Beneficiary Spotlight
LouLou Race Foundation supports JWFC’s Minis section, which offers community football opportunities to young footballers from the age of four to 10 (School Year 5). We’re supporting with coach development, football delivery, kit provision, an Inclusion Fund, and more.
Impact Reach: 120+ youngsters across 5 teams, supported by 20 volunteer coaches during weekly training and for inter-club competitions.
